		<description>I hope you like the General Tso&#039;s!  IF you need a do-ahead, try frying the chicken earlier (during nap maybe) and then just heating it slightly in the wok before you start the scallions.  This will keep it crisp, and you won&#039;t have to mess with frying it right at dinnertime.
