When couponing, there are certain terms you may see on my site and on other’s sites, so I added this page for you to use as a guide when navigating my site and other frugal blog sites.
And, before you think I’m some sort of genius (I am… I just didn’t come up with these terms myself), I snagged these from Stephanie @ Couponing 101. If you don’t keep up with her blog, you NEED to. Stephanie has a fabulous site, and she always has good info on couponing, sales, and deals. For a full list of terms and abbreviations, here is the link to her original post.

What to expect each week in the Sunday newspaper
:: You can usually expect to get (1) SmartSource and (1) RedPlum insert each week. Procter & Gamble usually only releases their inserts once a month (the first Sunday of the new month), but occasionally will release a smaller insert near the middle (although, this does not happen very often). Sometimes, there will be (2) SmartSource inserts, but it truly varies each week.
