Great job! We just starting making many of the same food choices that you are making with your family and reaping the benefits as you are. We are avoiding foods with MSG (also commonly hidden in foods under other names), aspartame, nitrates, and dyes. We have also drastically reduced our meat intake, and when we do eat beef, it is grass-fed beef.

I would highly recommend the movies FoodMatters and Food, Inc. to help along in your food journey. They’re highly interesting and eye-opening! Can’t wait to hear more of the changes your family is making!
