I have used baby leggings (not this brand, but another) on Cam and when Meleah was a baby, and I love them! They really do make diaper-changing a breeze. I will say they are easier to use when baby is a bit bigger; I never had much luck keeping them on when they were really small. I found that they bunched up too much for my liking. However, you may feel differently, and I DO love the leggings once baby is crawling/walking!
