Every year, I have the best intentions to have a more organized Christmas. And every year, it seems more and more chaotic. As families grow, so do Holiday celebrations, along with gift lists, menus, budgets and last-minute shopping expeditions.

But it hit me recently, that the more I plan in advance for such things, the more we can truly enjoy the reason for the season.
