Menu Plan: Week of March 11

Each week, I will share my menu with you, linking to new recipes and old favorites. Hopefully, this will help me get out of the food rut I’ve been in, and help you guys find fresh ideas!

Today begins Day 9 of my Whole30 challenge; for the most part, I am loving it! I plan to share more with you about my reasons for taking this challenge, hopefully later this week.. My family is not participating, so some of the items on my menu will not be Whole30, but I will not be eating those foods.

Monday 3/11
Chocolate Chili, avocado, salad

Tuesday 3/12
Hamburger Patties, sweet potato fries, homemade macaroni and cheese (for girls), avocado, salad (this is a repeat from last week, but we ended up eating out with friends… yes I stuck to the proper foods!)

Wednesday 3/13
Scrambled eggs, Aidells chicken & apple sausage, avocado, sautéed veggies

Thursday 3/14
Almond flour breaded chicken, baked sweet potatoes, salad, avocado

Friday 3/15
Shrimp, baked sweet potato, salad, blackberries

Saturday 3/16
Leftovers!

Sunday 3/17
Fried eggs, Aidells chicken & apple sausage, banana, roasted veggies
