It looks as though ArtsCow.com frequently sends out coupon codes and deals to their members. They are actually headquartered overseas, so I believe shipping times are longer than most other online photo services. I have heard the quality is excellent!

I joined Arts Cow a while back and then series of events I never used them but I do get e-mail alerts. So a few weeks ago they sent out an e-mail about “dog tags” being 99 cents one sided or $1.99 two sided. I chose the two sided option….(I was making dog tags to attach to my kids car seats with their name, date of birth, and gender on one side and then our info on the other side) and it was free shipping.
Now……free shipping was great and I did use a credit card but prior to purchasing I did not know that it was shipping from overseas (Hong Kong I think). I got the product in like 3 weeks because of many people taking part in this deal but they kept good correspondence letting me know about the situation.
However, (while not a big deal in this case) since they did not tell me that it was shipping from overseas when I checked my credit card statement there was an additional 11 cent charge (for a foreign transaction fee) so I am not sure if it was based on my less than $4 or whatever.
Just be in the know…..it could come from Hong Kong, you could be charged for foreign transaction fees, and it might take a while for it to get to you.
It won’t stop me from using them again but be in the know.
