Start your Christmas shopping in July with FREE photo books! The store ad shows that 10-page, 6×8 photo books are free after Extra Care Bucks with a limit of 1 ($7.99). But this now has a confirmed limit of 5 per household! These must be ordered in the store at the photo kiosk. Be sure to do separate transactions for each book, rolling your ECBs.

AJ- I absolutely find that CVS deals are worth it. I used to believe that buying in bulk was the best way to go, but when so many items can be “purchased” for free at CVS, I soon learned the benefits. By combining coupons and Extra Care Bucks at CVS, you save big. I will never buy in bulk again!
It’s not a great deal at CVS when they are SOLD out of everything. I got NONE of the school supplies because they were sold out. It doesn’t make me happy.

Just wanted to post to remind everyone to get rainchecks if they are out of things!! That way, you can get them when you want, and/or save them for when you have ECB’s expiring. It is absolutely worth it, if you figure out the cost per item:ounce vs. bulk, when you use coupons and their deals. I now really only buy things when I actually make money to shop!! Yes, it takes some time, but I enjoy it.
Just wanted to know if cvs customer service confirmed the limit for photobook as 5?At my store they go by the flyer and say only 1.
Gina, yes, it is a confirmed limit of 5 in the computers. The cashiers should only go by what the computer allows, so if you buy more than one, your ECBs will print on each transaction. Your receipt will show “limit reached” once you hit 5.
I just came from CVS and making my 3rd book this week…would you believe the checker told me there was a woman who made 35 free books?!!!! I asked her how, since there was a limit of 5 and she said she must have cards for every person in her family. I’m sorry, but I just can’t believe people do things like that. I guess it’s perfectly legal, but that’s why the good deals are gone so quickly sometimes!!!!ARGH!

Robin- Actually CVS’ policy is one card per household. I had one for my husband for a while before I learned that. It is written on the registration form. But obviously they arn’t inforcing it very well.
