I would definately do some Christmas shopping with the gift card. More then likely I would probably find some things for my hubby.

  2. Amanda S says

I could think of a number of ways to use this… foremost is getting some new clothes for my sons. My oldest one has just grown out of his 3T pants that we bought 2-3 months ago and my youngest will be 1 in January and has been wearing most of brother’s hand me downs.

  3. Shawn says

I would use the$50 Sears gift card to buy new towels. I haven’t been able to afford new towels and we are using towels that are thread bare and nearly 10 years old. Some nice fluffy towles to wrap my boys in (ages 2 and 4) after their bath’s would be nice. Thank you.

  4. Stacie B says

I’m already an RSS subscriber and I’ll post it on Facebook- I would probably buy some presents with it- maybe my grandma, maybe my 5th grade students (I’m a teacher) and who knows what else- sales can make that $50 go a long way 🙂

    Thanks!

  5. Dawn H says

I would get all my kiddos a new blanket and sheets at Sears! They love having their own fleece blankets and need the sheets:)

  6. tosha says

If I won the $50 giftcard to Sears to get my husband something for Christmas since we haven’t bought anything for each other for Christmas in 5 years. He would be soooo surprised.

  7. Sarah G says

I would use this gift card to buy my husband’s Christmas presents. He needs some new work clothes and would love some Craftsmen tools to add to his collection!

  8. Deborah says

I would buy my oldest son new tennis shoes, my husband new t-shirts, and a few odds and ends for the other kiddos (blessed with 4 of them :)).

  9. Lori Reeves says

I would buy my MIL a new toaster oven to thank her for watching my son so I can shop till I drop and get the best deals every Wednesday!! Thank you, Nana!!

  10. Kathy says

I would replace our George Foreman grill. The one we have now is still working but just barely.

Thanks for the opportunity to win one of these gift cards.

  11. Melinda M says

I really don’t know. I think I’d give it to my parents – my dad was let go from his job today.

  12. says

I’m a subscriber and I have a link to your blog on my blog (lol, say that 3x fast!)

From Sears, I would use the $50 towards an appliance (sewing machine, breadmaker, or deep freezer)! Thanks for the chance!

  13. Julie says

Getting a $50 gift card seems like the perfect way to find a present for my brother for Christmas by wandering around Sears until something catches my eye. =)

  14. hope777believe says

I would use the gift card to buy my husband some type of Land’s End clothes. He has not bought himself ANY clothes in the past 6 years or more. Shortly, after our daughter was born 6 yrs. ago the business my husband worked for closed down. After struggling for 2-3 years and after hours, days & months of prayer, my husband felt called into the ministry. He started a faith-based non-profit 2 years ago that is still ramping up. So, as we’ve continued to be tight financially, we’ve both cut-out all of our extras, indulgences and even basics like new clothes. However, God has blessed us in so many other ways. Now, I’d like to bless my husband with some new clothes for all of his hard work and commitment to God’s kingdom. Thanks.

  15. Stephanie G. says

I would use a giftcard for a rice cooker for our kitchen and pajamas for our children. 🙂

  16. jamie says

I would use it for my angel tree girl that we picked out! Or if I didn’t get it in time, I would probably replace one of the many appliances that have been breaking in my house!

  17. hometeaching says

Love your blog! and agree with your philosophy of faith, family, & frugality. I would pair the $50 gift card up with the sales flyer and see how far it would go!

  18. Savannah says

We SOO SOO SOO need a microwave, so we would def. use it toward the most effective, yet afforable one we could find!

  19. says

I would buy groceries at Kmart. They have some groceries at the one near us I didn’t realize that!! 🙂 This is my first time entering a blog giveaway, fun! Thanks!

I’d help my stepdaughter get things she needs for her wedding. We’re not it a position to help her a lot, so any help I can offer is important to me

Maybe some manly Christmas present for my husband or Father-in-law. (Or Land’s End stuff for my kids)

  27. mary bollivar says

as i am truly blessed already i would pay it forward because there are so many single moms at our church that could use the extra more than me.

My middle daughter needs a coat, she has 1 but it is getting too small in the arms…guess that’s what happens when you grow 4 inches in a year!

  29. jennifer says

gosh, i honestly don’t know how i would spend 50$ at sears! it has been so long since i’ve had the opportunity to shop at a store like that with excess money like that (been a long 2 1/2 years for our family!) so i would have to pray about it and see! i would just be grateful to win! thank you for the drawing!

  30. Jenn says

I would either buy a freezer for the garage (since our new fridge has a smaller freezer, which is not ideal for a bargain shopper!) or treat myself to a digital camera. It’d be nice to have one to carry around and snap candid photos with. 🙂

  31. Sharon says

I would buy something for 1 or 2 of my 4 boys. We are always running low on socks, t-shirts and underware:) It’s been a while since I shopped at Sears. I remember going through the catalog when I was a kid making my wish list!

  32. Melissa G. says

I would buy my daughter some clothes with the Sears giftcard! They have great pre-teen styles 🙂

  33. Julie S. says

*Somebody* gave me a great idea about Angel Tree kids :), so that’s probably how I’d spend it.

  34. Melissa says

I would buy my husband a Christmas gift, we aren’t doing gifts for each other this year to cut costs! Probably some nice new pants or jeans!
    dauphin55 at hotmail dot com

  35. Kathy Albright says

I would buy my 13-year-old son some jeans and flannel pajama pants – it is starting to get cold in our area and he has so outgrown his jeans from last year!! Also, my husband and I have a very limited amount to spend on each other for Christmas this year so I would buy him some tools – he loves Craftsman tools!!

  36. Kristen says

I would use the gift card to support my nephew who is 4. My sister is a single mom and he really needs some items this christmas.

  37. Virginia says

I would buy a new vacuum cleaner. Hubby and I have only had hand-me-downs and they never clean well enough.

  38. joD says

Every year, our family purchases new clothes for a school-age child in need. I would use the gc to buy school uniforms from Land’s End, which are such great quality, I know they will hold up well. Thanks for the opportunity!

  39. Becky Craig says

If I won the Sears gift card, I would give it to my daughter and son-in-law, who just moved to a new city to start an inner-city ministry. (They are only 21 years old!)

  40. says

I would buy something for me. As a mom we never but ourselves ahead of others. Always taking care of the husband and kids first. Honestly I’d buy for me.

  41. says

I honestly have no idea what we would buy. Our church is sponsoring 2 families in the area, so I’d probably use it to be able to contribute more towards that cause. I might buy a sleeper or two for the baby on the way also. Of course, I’d take coupons, shop sales and stretch it as far as possible!
.-= Theresa´s last blog ..It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! =-.

  42. Marty says

I would use the $50 to buy some things I need for the house. Or maybe splurge on something fun. Or just shop for a while!

  43. Donna says

I would use the gift card to buy items for the family that we pick to sponser at Christmas time, chosen from a list provided by our social service department at the hospital where I work. Our department pools donations and sponsers a needy family every year and a Sears gift card would be a great addition.

  44. melody says

    i love Keeping the Kingdom first!! what a blessing and gift this blog is!! i subscribe and i posted on my facebook. i would buy a comforting gift for my severely disabled and bed bound mother who lives 3,000 miles away to bless and comfort her where she is. God’s blessings and love to you! happy holidays, merry Christmas and seasons greetings! peace from melody ;-}

  45. Caitlin E. says

I would buy my husband something special and spend the rest on a family we know that is really struggling right now. I hope I win!!

  46. Justine says

I think I would put it towards a replacement wedding band for my hubby. Just 1 month before our 2nd anniversary, his fell off in a lake 🙁 And with the price of gold as high as it is, I can’t justify spending 2x as much for something that I just bought a few years ago, so he’s been without one for at least 6 months.

  47. Tiera says

If I won the gift card, I would spend it on clothes for my daughter. She is 16 and we can’t afford to buy her many clothes. She is wonderful about insisting that she has what she needs, but she really doesn’t. She works one day a week and will spend her own money for clothes, but I like to be able to buy her things as well.

  48. Rose Denton says

I would buy my mom and husband Christmas presents. My husband has been on temporary lay off from his job and this would be great in helping us. I could also buy some food at the Sears here as they have food in the store here. It is a hard time of the year for him to be on lay off. Thank you Rose Denton

  49. Carolyn says

I need new tires for my van, and this gift card would definitely be going towards that! Thanks for another great giveaway!

  50. says

Oh I could really use this gift card to buy a Christmas present for my fantastic husband. He is always there for the family no matter what – holding us all together. Great giveaway.

  51. Jenifer says

I would love the card 🙂 I would use it to buy gifts as frugally as possible. I still have my dad left to buy for so it would probably buy something for my daddy-o 🙂

  52. Tammy says

I am looking at a free standing dishwasher from Sears for more counter space and of course the 12 months financing. Thanks.

  53. Tammy says

I love getting your e-mail updates. Thanks for the giveaway. I may just get me some new clothes instead of a dishwasher, it’s a toss up.

  54. Juli says

I am going to say that I would buy clothes for myself . . . probably until I got there and found something more interesting for somebody else. 🙂

  55. Gerrie says

I would actually give this card to my parents for their anniversary. They got married Christmas Eve so the anniversary usually gets left out.

  56. Vicki Hornsby says

I would give this gift card to my father for Christmas. He loves Sears for so many reasons. Of course my husband loves Craftsman tools with a passion and I love Land’s End boots and so many things, I can’t really decide. But gift to Daddy, it would be.
    Thanks for a chance.

  57. Stephanie says

I would apply the $50 toward a mini fridge for my father, who is disabled, to keep water and medications in his room.

  58. Heidi says

Oh man! There are so many things I could do with a $50 gift card from Sears…my boys are always in need of clothes (they keep growing), my husband is always looking to buy some tools (go figure), I would like to buy a new dress and matching shoes (we have a wedding to go to in January), we could use it to help fill shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child next year…

  59. Melinda says

I would use it to get gifts for my parents. I just had another baby last month, and my mom and dad have been helping so much, I wish I could get them nice gifts, but money is tighter than ever this year.

  60. Becky says

Wow…a $50 Sears gift card! Each year during the holiday season, I organize something called Holiday Helpers. Enlisting the help of family & friends, I gather pantry items, toiletries & toys for needy families in our local community. This year the need requests are far greater than the resources. This gift card would help fill the gap for items we need to purchase such as socks, mittens, toboggans…maybe even a couple of toys. The feeling of giving is so satisfying. God bless everyone this holiday season!

  61. Jody says

So many choices for a $50 gift card. I’d be most likely to save it to buy gifts for a friend who is expecting her 4th child. She gave most of her baby stuff away right before she became pregnant again! She needs everything all over again. :o)

  62. Lisa says

I would get my husband some tools! gift giving is cut back for us so this would be a great surprise!

  63. Linze! says

  69. Marla Y says

I would use it towards a deep freeze we are planning on purchasing soon. Thank you for the awesome giveaway.

  70. Bethany Goff says

I would SO love to win a gift card from Sears! I need a pair of winter boots with all this snow Michigan is getting! (the ones I got with the Payless coupon turned out not to be winter boots. 🙁 Had to take them back.) And my 13 year old is growing out of everything. My husband needs new casual pants badly. None of these items are in our budget, so the Sears card would be a Wonderful Blessing! Thanks so much for this giveaway!

  71. Karina says

If I don’t get a new coat for Christmas, I would definitely use this card toward a new coat at Land’s End. I’m giving my son skis and lift tickets for Christmas, but if I’m going to enjoy it I really need to be warmer!

  72. Amy says

I get all my girls clothes from yard sales, freecycle or hand me downs. I don’t always like everything we get, but it’s better than nothing, so no complaints. But it would be nice, just once, to go shopping and pick out clothes for them. Kinda’ a fantasy of mine. 🙂
    Blessings!
    Amy

  73. Stephanie says

I would try to find a sale and would most likely spend this at Kmart instead of sears, for my 4 yr old who is growing so fast he already out grew his *new* winter jeans and I’m giving them to my nephew.

If I had to spend it at sears I would say it would most likey go to tools for my hubby. You know Boys and their toys 🙂
