Well it is officially June, and if you are like me, you are still scratching your head wondering where May went! That means Fathers’ Day is right around the corner. A day that for me, is usually bittersweet.

He wants nothing as usual – so I got my week old baby girl & 26 month old girl pictures taken as a surprise. For a dad who travels out of the country for work seeing his kids makes even through skype or photos makes his trips go faster. He is in Dubai this week … Can’t wait to hear all about it & have him home with us!
My husband never wants anything, but there are always things I know he needs! What I want so badly to get him for him right now is a new computer. He is a pastor who designs and hosts church web sites, yet his computer is an old, sometimes working sometimes not computer! He fixes other people’s computers all the time, but his is at the stage where it desperately has to have new parts, but all he has is old ones to replace them with. I would love for him to have a computer that is newer, faster and more reliable so he can focus on his work and not on keeping the old thing running! I’m praying for that, knowing that my heavenly Father can supply this – and all – our needs. 🙂
My hubby just wants to spend time with me and our son…he is a very simple man.

My hubby would love to have a weekend getaway. I am a stay at home mom, my days are filled with taking care of our handicapped son. There just isn’t enough time to go around for much else. My hubby works most days from daylight till dark, so a nice getaway would be wonderful. Thanks

A new cell…his is just about to die.
I’m still hoping for a replacement for mine that died weeks ago but he NEEDS his for work stuff.
He just lost quite a bit of weight so he could fefinitely use some new clothes as well.
My hubby wants a new electric razor, the foil-type, that doesn’t get hot and doesn’t sound like it should be on the runway at Hartsfield Airport! Oh and of course one that won’t cost a mortgage payment. 🙂 Scouring the net for reviews now.

My husband would love a new Stihl weed eater.
My husband would love a new stereo for his truck: one with a cd player. His died a couple of years ago.
My hubby never asks for anything, so he’s difficult to buy for! I think he would like a new laptop, but that isn’t in the budget right now, so this year I’m getting our 15 mos old son an NFL jersey to match his daddy’s and taking them to get professional photos to display in our sports-theme mancave.
My husband works so hard and never asks for much. He wants a Pneumatic Drill and some much needed R & R.
My husband would like some new summer clothes, shoes, any kind of tools or camping supplies!
My dad was specific this year:

I will be taking my husband out for steak haha he loves steak and i never make it because i dont like it 😉
My hubby purchased a new golf bag a few weeks ago as his Father’s day present, so he now says he doesn’t want anything else. He does need a vacation. I am a sahm and he feels like he has to work everyday or we won’t make it. We haven’t gotten our emergency fund as large as he thinks we need. So money and a vacation would make him happier.
My husband wants a couple of days away (with me) at a spa/casino. Unfortunately, finances will not permit so I am not sure at this point what he will actually be getting.
my father really wants one of those Vizio 42″ 1080pixel LCD HDTV tv’s for father’s day.

I would love to win something to give my husband for Fathers Day this year. In 2008 he was laid off and we lost our home and our cars. My husband and I decided the best thing for our family was for him to go back to school and train for a different career. He is a full time student and is doing so well in school and unfortunately because of me being the only one working we dont have any extra money to do anything for Fathers Day. He is a wonderful husband , father and man and he goes out of his way to try and help others as much as he can and I would love to be able to show him how much we appreciate him and how proud of him we are this Fathers Day.

My husband really desperately needs a laptop for school. We just dont have the money to buy one but he is in very desperate need for one at school. I would love to be able to win one so I can lift that worry and burden of not having one so he can keep up with the rest of the class and not have to miss out on some of the stuff the instructor gives the rest of the class because they all have laptops and he is the only one in the class with out one.
How cliche but…he wants a barbecue! We have a tiny one, but he wants a full size BBQ.

Our family could use alot of things. Our ref.is over 25 yrs old and we have tiles missing from the floor. But at least my Husband has a job. I am on disability. After reading some of the other comments I feel lucky and I pray that my husband can continue to work and I hope the others can find a job also.
