my schick coupon expired 6/12 🙁

I really really love the way you explain these scenarios! I am more concerned with the OOP due to an extremely tight budget and most blogs that I read don’t concentrate on that part of it. This is just what I needed. Thanks so much!

My favorite deal this week was the Gillette Bodywashes. You can buy one for $4 and get $4 in ECB back. (Limit 2)
I had a BOGO coupon for these, so I got paid $4 OOP and got $8 back in ECBs.
My second transaction was:
2 crest prohealth mouthwashes- 2/$6
-a BOGO coupon $3.00
= $3.00
2 glide floss- 2/$6
-(2) $ .75 off coupons
=$4.50
Pampers wipes $2.99
-$2.00 off coupon
=$.99
1 gallon of Skim Milk $3.39
2 bottles of Palmolive -$1.00 each
-(2) $.25 off coupons
=$1.50
Pre Coupon Total: $20.38
-$4/20 CVS coupon
-$6.00 manufacturers coupons
-$8.00 ECBs from Gillette Bodywash Transaction
Total OOP $1.38
I went .38 over the $5 budget… but you cant beat $38.79 in stuff for $5.38

For the person who said the Schick coupon had expired, there was a new one on the Sunday SmartSource insert 🙂
Kate O. says
@Ana, Thanks! 🙂 I saw that and used it tonight

I just love this challenge. And I agree with Kate O. The way you explain it is wonderful.

Ditto what Aubrie and Dee said! I love your site Alyssa – it’s what got me into my love affair with CVS to begin with 🙂 Thanks to your site, I have a ton of bodywash, toothpaste, deodorant, and shampoo virtually free! On occasion, I go “off scenario” to buy things like greeting cards or medicines we need, but this has been such a money saver!
Thank you, thank you!

Love shopping at CVS when my extra bucks are more after shopping than before, like with the 5/15 I had and with the body wash $4 mm even getting the Cheerios I still came out ahead.
