    I love grilled chicken but it’s hard to cook on the grill. I often finish it in the oven to make sure it’s cooked through.

    I follow your blog and am extremely grateful for the time and attention that you give to keeping many of us informed and updated. My husband thinks grilling is a scientific event. He is awesome at cooking meat of any sort on the grill. He has everything timed by weather conditions and the way the meat is prepared. He’s adorable.

    I LOVE BBQ Chicken where the skin is almost black. I peel that off, but the meat is sooo good. Unfortunately my hubby doesn’t like chicken, so we don’t have it too often! But we do hamburgers, hot dogs, and steaks more often.

    I love to grill steaks that have marinated in garlic and rosemary. We top them with freshly shaved parmesan cheese for the last few minutes–delicious!

    My absolute favorite is: Garden fresh squash and zucchini sliced and put in a grill bowl, with a lil EVOO. (thats what I call this metal bowl with holes in it) It is the yummiest thing ever! Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on and your good to go..
