Welcome, my fellow CVS fanatics and newbies! It’s Sunday, time for our weekly CVS $5 Challenge. The place to go for simple CVS scenarios with step-by-step instructions.
It is a decent week at CVS. All you need is an ExtraCare Card, a CVS ad, a printer and coupons to get started. Be sure to register your CVS loyalty card with Upromise for extra college savings.
If you are a first time visitor, here’s the lowdown:
Join me on Sundays as I host The CVS $5.00 Challenge!
Seasoned CVSers: share your best scenario(s) for the upcoming week at CVS.
Your budget: $5.00 out-of-pocket cash.
Your mission: To grow that $5.00 into even more ECBs to use in upcoming weeks.

How did I miss those Pantene coupons! I did have a CVS Pantene coupon plus a Vocal Point, so I still managed a good deal, but yours are way better!
Am I losing my mind or are the M&M coupon match ups for CVS not out yet? (6-27-10 RP) We won’t have that one to use yet right?
Ahhh, I just realized my confusion. Apparently I’m in denial that June is over and now July is almost over!! Please disregard my previous post 🙂
This past Fri I did my very first *attack* on CVS & Albertson’s using the tips from here. I came home w/$102 worth of goodies, and OOP was $60 — 40% savings! After the new ads printed Sun, I went on the *attack* again — CVS, Walgreens, & Albertson’s. This time my OOP was $48 and I had $96 worth of goodies — 50% savings! I imagine my savings will be much greater once I have 3 or 4 months of coupons in my binder. It won’t be long and I’ll be up to 70-80%!!!
Thank you so very, VERY MUCH for your wonderful website 🙂

I hope it is okay to put my trip down instead of a scenario. I see others have so I thought it would be okay. I never tire of seeing CVS shoppers’ trips.
