The Gift of Health: Purely Products (Giveaway!)

This month, I am sharing giving ideas and special giveaways as part of The 30-Day Giving Challenge.

Our next sponsor for the 30-Day Giving Challenge is another that I was not familiar with until they reached to me. I was so pleased to discover Purely Products. They’ve created products to help clean the air and surfaces both in your home and away from home to make clean, healthy living easier.

Although we are giving all products to charity from the challenge, the kind folks at Purely Products insisted upon sending each blogger a third set of products for us to experience for ourselves. I was eager to get my hands on these gadgets!

They include:

  • Pocket Purifier – sanitizes surfaces and objects with the same UV-C light that sterilizes surgical instruments. Ultraviolet light and nanotechnology eliminate 99.9% of germs that cause colds and flu, plus e-coli, salmonella, mold, fungus and MRSA (staph). Love that this fits in your purse!

It is technically impossible to offer my review of products that I can’t actually “see” working, but I do love the concept. My favorite is the night light. I needed a new one for my little guy’s room and the Healthy Nightlight came along at the perfect time.

Since we have pets, I appreciate that it controls pet dander, along with dust mites. It costs just pennies a year to operate (frugal!) and is cool to the touch. I actually like it so much I plan to purchase additional Healthy Nightlights for our other bedrooms.

Purely Products also has a huge heart for giving. They donate a percentage of all company sales to support diaperLove™, a non-profit organization founded to provide diapers and hygiene products to children in need. With every Purely Products purchase, you can take small steps that make a big difference towards clean, healthy living and at the same time, make a big difference to a child.

Disclosure:  Purely Products provided me with the gift pack above to donate to the local charity of my choice, and one for me to review. As always, the opinions in this post are completely my own.

I try to make sure my family washes hands, takes vitamins, and eats plenty of veggies and fruits. I also try not to use too many harsh cleaning products and I try to get all natural soaps and shampoos without sulfates, and lotions free of parabens and pthalates.

We are green… using a Brita pitcher instead of buying water bottles, using energy saving light bulbs etc.

  3. Liz says

We buy green cleaning products, use filtered water and reuse among other things. And we take supplements to stay healthy. 🙂

  4. Kathy says

we recycle, use plastic shopping bags at times, are buying a filter instead of bottled water, and have a veggie garden

  5. Rebecca says

We use alot of simple things to clean our home…cheap and simple, like vinegar. We wash our hands alot and take vitamins and eat healthy to avoid sickness. It’s a plus that we homeschool, we’re just not out in the general kid population with all the viruses and things going around.

  6. K Smalling says

We are always striving to make our home as chemical free and natural as possibel. We recycle regularly, we use energy saving appliances, we grow our own organic garden, and educate our neighbors about how they can , as well. I like the products shown on the Purely Products website. I have liked them on FB, and will tweet. Thank you for the opportunity to win.

For healthy living I use homemade cleaning products so we don’t have to breath in fumes, I also use a water filter in the shower for my daughters eczema.

  10. Lyn says

Having health issues in our family it’s important to go as natural as possible while still living on a budget – natural HBA and cleaning products, less processed foods and homemade cooking, to name a few. Thanks for the great giveaway!

My children have been washing their hands every since pre-school. As soon as they get home, they know this is the first responsiblity to do. They have done so every year, and now they are in high school.
