It is a tough week to stay under $5 this week, but there are still a lot of freebies in the ad!

Your budget: $5.00 out-of-pocket cash.

Your mission: to grow that $5.00 into more Register Rewards (RR) to use in upcoming weeks.

*coupons in red (scenarios never include tax as this will vary by region)

Transaction #1
Buy 1 Infusium 23 Hair Care @ $5.99
– $1.00/1 Infusium 23 Shampoo, Conditioner, or Leave-in Treatment (SS insert 11/14/10)

Total After Coupon = $4.99

RRs Earned= $3.00

Transaction #2
Buy 1 Kids-Eeze Cough & Cold @ $4.99
Pay with $3.00 RR from above

Total After RRs= $1.99

RRs Earned= $4.99

Grand Total OOP=$6.98

Total Value= $10.98 with $4.99 Register Rewards remaining!

Keep rolling those RR’s for more savings!

    I was just thinking, shouldn’t I reverse that? Like this:
    Buy 1 Kids-Eeze Cough & Cold @ $4.99
    Get Back $4.99 RR
    Buy 1 Infusium 23 Hair Care @ $5.99
    Use $1 off coupon (plus cheap filler)
    Use $4.99 RR
    Pay cost of cheap filler, say, 50 cents, so
    Pay 50 cents, get back $3 RR
    Total Payment $5.50 oop for 3 items, still have $3 RR?
    Let me know if I should go the other way, since I’d have more RRs to work with if I went the way you said?
