As one of the Walmart Moms, I am in a unique position to share my thoughts on various topics directly with the folks in Arkansas. From time to time, Walmart also asks us to assist in gathering feedback from their customers – our readers.

Today, Walmart is asking that I share this 5-minute survey about store lighting. They are seeking your input on how to make your shopping experience the best it can be.

Walmart Lighting Survey

If you have a few minutes, please click through and answer the survey via the link above.  It is just a few simple questions and are mostly “yes/no” and “satisfied, dissatisfied”.

Thank you for letting your voice be heard!

    In my opinion, they should focus more on how to treat their customers {couponers} better. It doesn’t matter how the lights are if they continue to run customers off.

      @themagicofcoupons, Actually, Walmart is making strides towards improving their coupon policy and acceptance across the board. I posted another similar survey from Walmart several months ago asking for feedback on coupon use in their stores. The Walmart Moms have spent a great deal of time talking to Walmart about concerns like yours, and we will continue to do so. Unfortunately, in a corporation that large, even small changes take a long time to implement.

        @Alyssa Francis,
        It’s very frustrating to stay at the register 45 minutes, while many cashiers, supervisors, then the manager tried to figure out what to do when a item is a few pennies cheaper than the coupon. Ex. the item is 97¢ and the coupon is $1. The corporate told them to just adjust the coupon down but every week its the same thing, with the same cashiers and the same the supervisors. It could solve lots of transactions like this if Walmart would post this on their coupon policy.

    i actually notice i go across the street to albertsons (higher prices, generally) JUST because the light in Walmart is so bad. I appreciate their energy saving idea, but I like light! thanks for giving us a voice 🙂
