Somehow, these kids think they need to keep growing.
My “baby” girl had her fifth birthday yesterday. I still can’t wrap my head around how fast her first five years have flown by, yet, here she is, old enough to be going to CC and doing school.
This girl has actually been pretty spoiled this year. She has already had three “parties”: we ate out with my in-laws on Friday.
On Sunday, we met her cousins at Chuck E. Cheese.
Yesterday, her CC friends sang happy birthday to her (which made her day). And last night, we made a special birthday supper and she unwrapped her gifts from her sisters, my parents, and us.
And her MAIN birthday party is going to be on Saturday! Whew! She’s loving all of the attention, though 😉
These days, my littlest girl is a sweet bundle of rambunctious, rough, hilarious, thoughtful, energetic, mischievous fun. And I wouldn’t have her any other way.
