You guys know I have an affinity for all things label-y, and Mabel’s Labels are at the top of my list. I love their Back-to-School Combo pack. They have been insanely handy for keeping the girls’ homeschool and personal items separated and organized.
Could you use a Sharpie to label your kid’s stuff? Well, sure, for the most part. But one of the things I like about Mabel’s is that you can color-code them for each kid. I know which color belongs to which girl, and I don’t even have to think about it. I can just grab the one with the blue label and know it belongs to Abby Grace, for example. When you have as many identical items as we do, it’s nice to have something be easy and mindless 😉 {Plus, I’m a little OCD and like everything to match up nicely. Ha!}

Also, it’s a personal preference, but I don’t like using markers on my kids’ clothes or shoes. These labels hold up extremely well in the wash. I labeled Abby Grace’s clothes for church camp, and those labels are not coming off anytime soon! Plus, I can totally vouch for the dishwasher-safe labels. We take water bottles to CC every week, and the labels have yet to fall off, in or out of the dishwasher.
