Tater Tot Casserole

This meal is quick, easy, and frugal… not so much on the healthy side, but pretty darn tasty. {That’s why I only have this picture… Hubby could not wait to dig in! Ha!}

Tator Tot Casserole

Ingredients:

:: 3/4 bag Tator Tots (enough to cover the bottom of a 9×13 pan)
:: 2 1/2 to 3 cups ground turkey, browned
:: 2 14oz cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
:: 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (more if desired!)

Directions:

1. Cover bottom of 9×13 pan with parchment paper. (You don’t want it sticking, do you?)

2. Add Tator Tots.

3. Mix ground turkey with soup. Spread mixture on top of Tator Tots.

4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

5. Bake uncovered in a 350° oven for 35-45 minutes.

6. Enjoy the creamy, cheesy goodness.

    I have been looking through your blog and you have some interesting topics. I would like to drop by again and throw in my two cents or maybe,these days, it is worth less.

    Amy, thank you so much for commenting on my banana bread post! (Yes – it really is delicious with cheese!) This tater-tot casserole looks delish! I’ll have to try this one! Tater tots are good on their own…add cheese and look out! 🙂

    We love tater tot casserole, but we do it a little different. We use 1 lb ground beef, one can cream of mushroom and one can cream of celery. We put the tots on top and cook until extra crispy, then add some cheese until melted. Yummy!
