    Oh no! I wish I could say I’ve never had this experience but, unfortunately, I have. Grabbed for something close and it was a damp dish towel. Talk about a homeschool science lesson — wet towels are excellent conductors of heat. As JamieAnn said, put some aloe on it, if you have some. You don’t really want to bandage a burn too much. But you’ve probably already checked it all out.

    I am soooo paranoid about taking care of hands and fingers. That is my excuse, anyway, when I don’t want to cook or clean!!! Be careful with your precious digits!
